Cancellation Policy
By booking, online or in person, you agree to the cancellation policy Classes will only be refunded if they do not take place. Class cancellations must be made 3 or more hours before the class in order to be transferred to another class. If less than 3 hours notice is given, or non attendance, classes are non refundable and non-transferable. Discretion will be applied in exceptional circumstances. For workshops and events (non transferable) a £10 non-refundable deposit is included in workshops bookings to cover preparation costs Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund minus this deposit. if cancelled less than 24 hours before, they are non-refundable. thankyou for your understanding and cooperation Always check with your doctor if you have health conditions/ongoing treatment/pregnancy
