2.5 hours to gently Move, focus on breathing and relaxing meditation

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel via message with at least 4 hours notice for your class to be transferred. Payments cannot be refunded. They can be transferred to another class within that week only, if there are spaces. This is to keep running smooth , costs low and health and safety considered.
